I am a dual citizen American-Dane, born and educated in the US while having lived and worked in both in Washington DC and Copenhagen ever since I finished my MBA. I am a native English speaker who is also fluent in Danish - and have been since I first learned how to talk! I moved to Denmark permanently in 2016 to be closer to family and what a great decision it has been! I've built a full life here, grateful for the work, home, family and friendships that make my daily experiences fulfilling and enjoyable.

In my downtime...
Like it or not, the AI train is reving up, and rather than recoil, I find myself fascinated by the ways in which AI will become part of creative storytelling. I've started to delve in, not to become a tech expert, but as a learner. My goal is to figure out how AI can be a valuable ally while unraveling creative possibilities.... For now, let's just say I am going through an experimental phase and it's super mindblowing!

Every once in a while, I like to pick up my old SLR and Profoto equipment to do some tabletop photography. These days you can create so much with AI, but there is something to be said for knowing what it takes to sculpt light and then style for a small scene. I love the process of making those subtle lighting and camera adjustments while refining the styling details in order to get the image to be 'just so'. Add to that some mood appropriate music in the background and I am set for a rainy Sunday.
If you are looking for a stylist, there's nothing more that I love to do! This doesn't just apply to photography. The same skills can be used at events, storefronts and homes. Give me a shout!
